Scott A. Davis

CEO/President

Scott is an innovative leader within both the public and private sectors.  Scott worked diligently to improve policing during his 25 years of service.  He retired from the Twp. of Union Police Department in 2016, spending his last six years as the Administrative Commander, serving at the rank of Police Captain.
While rising through the police department ranks, Scott began his career in 2001, as a registered representative with Lincoln Financial Advisors, in Paramus, NJ.  He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, holds a bachelor’s degree, and will complete his master’s degree in Administrative Sciences in 2021. Scott holds numerous financial certifications and Licenses.
In 2015, Scott founded Davis Solutions LLC, where he utilizes his extensive experience to assist public and private establishments in grant writing, physical security, safety assessments, and physical design.
