Scott A. Davis
CEO/President
Scott is an innovative leader within both the public and private sectors. Scott worked diligently to improve policing during his 25 years of service. He retired from law enforcement in 2016, spending his last six years as the Administrative Commander, serving at the rank of Police Captain.
​
While rising through the police department ranks, Scott began his career in 2001 as a Financial Planner with a leading financial services company. After 20 years in the financial industry, Scott decided to retire so he could focus on his passion for helping others stay safe.
​
In 2015, Scott founded Davis Solutions LLC, where he utilizes his extensive experience to assist public and private establishments in grant writing, physical security, safety assessments, and physical design.
​
He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a master's degree in Administrative Sciences. In addition, Scott holds numerous financial certifications and licenses.
​
Scott likes to begin with the "why" when it comes to planning and understanding. He has proven to be a change agent in the public and private sectors and always operates in the client's best interest.
